Structure-borne vibration is one of the most challenging acoustic problems to solve because sound energy travels efficiently through solid building materials. Our vibration damping products introduce resilient isolation layers that decouple structural connections and absorb vibrational energy.
The Sounds Good portfolio includes spring-loaded ceiling isolators (SG-CD50), wall shock mounts (SG-WD50), floor isolation blocks (SG-FD50/25), and viscoelastic mats and strips for various decoupling applications. Each product is rated for specific load capacities and frequency isolation ranges.
These products are used in combination with our sound insulation boards to create complete wall, floor, and ceiling assemblies that address both airborne and structure-borne noise transmission paths.
