Sound insulation is the foundation of any effective soundproofing system. Our composite insulation boards are engineered with multi-layer construction, combining high-density calcium silicate, EPDM rubber damping cores, and fibre-reinforced backing to achieve maximum Sound Transmission Class (STC) ratings.
Our lineup includes the SG-E17, SG-C10, SG-CN10, and SG-F8 composite boards, plus SG-AF acoustic flooring — each designed for specific installation requirements and performance targets. These products achieve reduction indices (Rw) of 32 to 33 dB in a single layer and can be combined into complete acoustic systems reaching STC 41 to 45 in independent INSUL simulations.
All boards are Class A fire-rated (non-combustible), making them suitable for commercial and public building applications where fire safety compliance is mandatory.

SG-F8
Composite sound insulation board with 8mm and 7mm Fibre Cement Board layers bonded by a 1mm EPDM damping core. 16mm total thickness, 32dB sound reduction. Ideal for residential, studios, cinemas, and entertainment venues.
SG-AF
7mm acoustic flooring system combining a 4mm LVT surface with a 2.5mm EVA damping layer. Reduces impact noise by 21dB with superior walking comfort and moisture protection. Available in Oak, Walnut, and Ash.
